There are a range of practices to suit all levels so you can slowly work your way through as you build strength and flexibility. Also, yoga is never about the poses you can do. Sure it can be fun to do a handstand or the splits, but the real practice is in what you learn on the way there, and that's my favourite part, breaking down complex postures into achievable steps that allow you to build a deeper connection to YOUR body and empower you every step of the way.
All you need to get started is a yoga mat, extra props like a block or strap can be helpful but a thick book and a bathrobe belt make great alternatives ;)
Some of the fitness practices give the option to include weights but can also be done with body weight alone.
Yes! From Nov. 29 onwards you’ll have on-demand access to all the videos, so you can practice whenever it suits your schedule.
Absolutely! I want you feel like you are getting value out of this program, and the only way to feel the value is to be doing the practices. Sometimes life gets chaotic and although that's probably the time we need these practices the most, I know it can sometimes be just one too many things on your plate. You can cancel your membership at any point and you will not be charged again until you decide to come back!
